A survey method, using a likert scale will be used to
measure the responses to the following questions. Also includes will be pie
charts, for visual illustration.

Looks like there is support for use of cell phones in the CR. Two questions-- If students are expected to have those phones or similar devices, what about those who cannot afford them or the subscriptions?
ReplyDeleteSecond, the 9th grade school here in Georgetown does not let students use their cell phones at all. In fact if they have them out they confiscate them and parents have to come pick them up. Would this be a cultural change for schools with this policy?
The chang would be class room by class room, but as for students who cannot afford them, perhaps alternate tech like school ipads home pcs
